What’s your weirdest, useless skill?
I can make origami fortune tellers like it’s nobody’s business.
What is your go-to mid-night snack/comfort food?
Oatmeal. It’s so versatile and you can eat it at anytime. Although it’s normally known as a boring breakfast food, I eat it at night before I go to sleep because it helps make you sleepy.
What was your favorite book as a tween?
The Princess Diaries series fo sho, although I never ended up reading all of them. Once Mia decided that things might not work with Michael, I dropped the book.
What was your best Netflix binge?
What is your biggest irrational (or rational)?
For a really long time it was drowning. Although, I recently got into a conversation with my roommate about his biggest irrational fear and now I have to say that it’s death by cheese grater starting at the foot.
Tell us something you’re looking forward to in the next year?
I’m looking forward to continuing to travel and explore different parts of the world. Since I’ve been living in a new country, every day is a new place and a new adventure. I’m excited to continue doing this but also to continue this perspective on life.
What is your favorite concert you have ever attended?
Seeing Childish Gambino a few years ago. While waiting in line, a guy working at the venue gave my friend and I backstage passes for free. We got to meet Childish Gambino after the show and it was amazing!
When was a time you felt most complete?
The present moment.
What was the last mind-blowing fact you learned or realized that shifted your worldview?
We are all made of stardust. Although it sounds like a lyric from a song, the atoms in our bodies and on Earth are the same ones that make up the stars. How did it shift my worldview? It made me realize how magical every human being is.
